Swiss Mushroom Burger Recipe
Mushrooms and Swiss cheese go together, like peanut butter and jelly. They are meant to be together.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. Ground Beef
10 Mushrooms
5 Slices Swiss Cheese
5 Burger Buns
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
3/4 tsp. Garlic Salt
Directions:
Mold the ground beef into 5 burger patties. And add the patties to the grill.
Cut and sauté the mushrooms over low heat, with the olive oil and garlic salt. Set aside, when they are soft and dark brown.
Remove burgers from over the flame, to the side of the grill. Spoon on the mushrooms, and place a slice of Swiss cheese on top.
Remove the burgers after a minute, and place them on the buns.
