Spinach Burger Recipe


Just like Popeye said, spinach is good for you.


Ingredients:

10 oz. frozen spinach, defrosted, chopped and pressed

8 oz. Lean Ground Turkey

8 oz. lean ground sirloin

2 Tbsp. Fresh Parsley

1 tsp. Fresh Sage, minced

1 tsp. Fresh Thyme, minced

1/2 tsp. Fresh Rosemary, minced

Kosher Salt to taste

Freshly Ground Pepper


Directions:

In a bowl, mix the spinach, sirloin, turkey, sage, parsley, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper, be careful to not over mix. 


Shape the mixture into 4 patties.  Refrigerate the burgers, covered, for an hour.


Grill to desired doneness and serve on burger buns.
