Juicy Burger Recipe


This burger is marinated a tasty sauce before grilling.  This makes all the difference.


Ingredients:

3/4 to 1 1/2 lbs. Ground Chuck

1/2 Cup Ketchup

3/8 Cup Water

1/8 Cup Sweet Pickle Juice

1/6 Cup Onion, finely chopped

1 Tbsp. Mustard

1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce

1 1/4 tsp. Salt

1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper

6 Burger Buns


Directions:

In a large saucepan, combine the ketchup, pickle juice, water, mustard, onions, and Worcestershire sauce.  Over low heat, cook slowly while preparing the burgers.


In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, salt, and pepper and mold into 6 patties.  Place the burger patties into the saucepan, and let simmer for 2 hours.


Serve on buns.


Remember that any burger tastes better with cheese, you’re always welcome to add your favorite American, Cheddar, Monterey Jack, or Swiss to any burger if desired.
