Holy Guacamole Burgers Recipe
These guacamole burgers have just the right amount of spice to please your palette.
Ingredients:
1 lb. Ground Beef
1/4 Cup Onion, finely chopped
Seasoned Salt to taste
2 Fresh Avocados, peeled and seeded
1/4 Cup Chunky Salsa
Salt and Cayenne Pepper to taste
Lettuce Leaves
1 Tomato, sliced
4 Hamburger Buns
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix together the ground beef and the onion. Lightly sprinkle with the seasoned salt, and shape into 4 patties.
Grill or broil for 3 to 4 minutes on each site, to your desired meat color.
While the burgers are cooking, start the guacamole. Gently mash the avocados with a fork, and stir in the salsa. Add the cayenne pepper and salt to your taste.
Place the burgers on the buns, and top each burger with guacamole.
Remember that any burger tastes better with cheese, you’re always welcome to add your favorite American, Cheddar, Monterey Jack, or Swiss to any burger if desired.
