Green Chile Burger Recipe
Chilies, garlic, cheese, salsa, and a burger. Try this variation and a normal burger will just be bland.
Ingredients:
1 1/4 lbs. Ground Beef
1/8 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
1 Garlic Clove, crushed and finely minced
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Ground Chile Mild
4 slices Monterey Jack Cheese
4 Hamburger Buns, split and toasted
1 can (4 oz.) Mild Green Chili Peppers, chopped & drained
4 large slices Sweet Onion
1 medium Tomato, sliced
4 Lettuce Leaves
Chunky Salsa
Preheat the grill.
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, pepper, garlic, salt, and ground chile.
Mold into 4 patties, and place on the grill. Flip when they are halfway done. Right before taking the burgers off the grill, lay the slices of cheese on the burgers, and let them melt.
Serve with a fun, green chile peppers, an onion slice, tomato slice, salsa, and a lettuce leaf.
