Chili Burger Recipe
If you’re looking for a burger with a spicy kick, this is the burger for you.
Ingredients:
1 lb. Ground Beef
1 Tbsp. Chili Powder
1/2 small Onion, minced
1 tsp. Limejuice
1 tsp. Cumin
1/2 tsp. Oregano
1 Garlic Clove, minced
4 Burger Buns
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix the beef, chili powder, onion, limejuice, cumin, oregano, and garlic.
Shape into 4 patties, and broil or grill for 4 minutes on each side, or to taste.
Serve on burger buns and top with your choice of jalapenos, nacho cheese, salsa, refried beans, or onions.
