Cajun Turkey Burger Recipe


This Cajun-style turkey burger, is healthy and delicious.


Ingredients:

1 lb. Ground Turkey

1 Egg, beaten

1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce

1/2 tsp. Salt

1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder

1/2 tsp. Onion Powder

1/2 tsp. Ground Red Pepper

1/2 Cup Seasoned Dry Breadcrumbs


Directions:

In a bowl, combine the turkey, egg, salt, garlic, red pepper, onion, Worcestershire sauce, and breadcrumbs.  Shape the mixture into 6 patties.


Grill until desired doneness, usually about 4 minutes per side.


Serve on burger buns with your choice of toppings.
