Buffalo Burger Recipe


Buffalo meat is leaner, and tastier.  Try it and you’ll see.


Ingredients:

2 lbs. Ground Buffalo

2 Tbsp. Onion, minced

2 Tbsp. Parsley, minced

2 Tbsp. Worchester Sauce

2 tsp. Brown Sugar

Salt and Pepper to taste

1 Cup Gargonzola Cheese, cut into bite-sized pieces.


Directions:

In a bowl, mix the buffalo, parsley, onion, Worchester, and brown sugar.  Shape into meatballs and insert a piece of cheese into each meatball.


Flatten each meatball to a burger shape.


Grill for 6 minutes on one side, then flip them over and grill for another 5 minutes.


Serve on buns, with your choice of condiments.
