Barbeque Burger Recipe


This grilled piece of perfection with a delectable sauce might just be heaven on earth.


Ingredients:

1/4 Cup Catsup

1/4 tsp. Salt

2 Tbsp. Steak Sauce

1/4 tsp. Black Pepper

1 Tbsp. Water

1 tsp. Sugar

1 tsp. Vinegar

1 Garlic Clove, minced

3 dashes Hot Pepper Sauce optional

1 lb. Lean Ground Beef

4 each Hamburger Buns

American Cheese, sliced

Lettuce Leaves

Tomato, sliced

Onion, sliced

Pickles, sliced


Directions:

In a small saucepan, mix the steak sauce, catsup, vinegar, water, sugar, garlic, and hot pepper sauce.  Bring the mixture to a boil, and then reduce the heat.  Let it simmer for 3 minutes, then remove from the heat.


Combine the ground beef, salt and pepper in a medium bowl, and shape them into 4 patties.


Grill the patties until the meat is done, about 7 minutes a side, brushing with the sauce twice during the last 5 minutes.


Serve the burgers on buns.  Spoon the remaining sauce over the burgers, and top with your choice of toppings.
