Avocado Burger Recipe


This is a great topping, for any day!


Ingredients:

1 1/4 lbs. Lean Ground Beef

1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 1/2 tsp. Salt

3/4 tsp. Pepper

2 Onions, sliced

2 Tomatoes, sliced

1 1/2 Avocados, seeded, peeled and mashed

6 Sesame Burger Buns


Directions:

In a large bowl, combine the beef, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.


Mold into 6 patties, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.


Grill, broil, or pan fry to the desired doneness.


Add about 3 tsp. of avocado on the top of each patty, and serve with a bun, lettuce, tomatoes, and onion.


Remember that any burger tastes better with cheese, you’re always welcome to add your favorite American, Cheddar, Monterey Jack, or Swiss to any burger if desired.
